Will it look right on their computer?
Presenting from a venue PC, handing in through a university system, or sending a deck to a client on Google Workspace? Check your PowerPoint or Word file against the app it'll actually be opened in, before fonts, animations and layouts quietly break.
Your file is checked in your browser and never uploaded.
Check a file
How it works
- Your browser reads the file. Nothing is uploaded: the check runs on your device, so it's safe for unpublished research and confidential work.
- We look for what breaks between apps: fonts the other app doesn't have, animations and transitions it can't play, video it won't embed, charts, diagrams, citations, text boxes and page layouts it handles differently.
- You get a list for each app, with how sure we are about each point: Confirmed from the app maker's own documentation, Likely from well-documented behaviour, or Check where nobody documents it, so test it before relying on it.
This quick check reads the file's contents; it can't see exactly how each app will draw it. That's what we're building next.
Want proof, not predictions?
We're building the full version: it opens your file in each app, shows every slide or page side by side with your original, and gives you a fixed copy for each app you'll present or submit with. Join the waitlist to try it first.
